Designed exclusively for those who have reserved their spot on the waiting list, the Choice Club allows its members to start enjoying the community while awaiting their perfect residence. As a Choice Club member, you’ll have priority selection when cottages or apartments become available and you’ll get the opportunity to enjoy the amenities, attend classes, and enjoy meals.

Joining our exclusive Choice Club waiting list is a simple process of completing a Buckingham’s Choice application form and submitting it with a one-time non-refundable application fee of $300. Once your application is approved, a fully-refundable deposit of $1500 is required. When you move into a residence at Buckingham’s Choice, the $1,500 is applied towards your entrance fee.
